INFORMATION FOR PRIVATE PARTIES AND EVENTS
We are pleased to offer our winery for private parties and events. To utilize the winery, we must request that the event remain in compliance with all Federal and State rules and regulations. Prior to the event, the “host” of the event will be briefed on the rules and regulations that are applicable. In addition, the following guidelines must be agreed upon to utilize the facility:
1. While we do not charge for the use of the winery, we do require the following minimum wine purchases depending on the size of your group:
1-20 people |

$500.00 in wine purchases at winery prices. |
41-60 people |
$700.00 in wine purchases at winery prices. |
61-80 people |
$900.00 in wine purchases at winery prices. |
81-100 people |
$1,200.00 in wine purchases at winery prices. |

In addition, depending on the size of your group, the following “pourers” must be hired for your event, in addition to the above minimum wine charges. The host will be responsible for payment of the required number of pourers or wine servers at $50.00 per required pourer or wine server.

2. At the end of the event, an inventory will be taken of the wine consumed, and you will be provided with an invoice for the wine consumed and pourers or wine servers. Payment is expected within five (5) days. If your event consumes less than the above required minimum wine purchase, you will be provided with a gift certificate for the difference. Wine servers will be hired based on projected attendance and must be paid for regardless of actual attendance.
3. Prior arrangements need to be made for additional cash purchases by guests during the event.
4. We are pleased to schedule your event on a weeknight or weekend. However,
advance notificat ion is required for availability and proper planning. A $250 deposit
is required when scheduling your event which will then be applied to your
event minimum purchase. It is only refundable if you cancel 30 days or more prior
to the date of your event.
5. The host is responsible for making catering arrangements, which must receive prior
approval from the winery. While a warming kitchen is available for the caterer’s use,
we do not provide a full kitchen for the preparation of meals for the event.
6. The host is responsible for rental of all necessary tables, chairs, linens , wine glasses
and decorations. A list of suppliers can be provided upon request.
7. Due to the proximity of our neighbors we are unable to allow any outdoor music
sound systems with the excep tion of amplification of acoustic guitar or stringed
instruments. A CD player is available which provides music throughout the interior
and exterior of the vineyard.
8. The winery closes at 11:00 o’clock p.m. An additional charge for later closing of
$200.00 per hour will be assessed after 11:00 o’clock p.m.
9. No outside beer or alcohol may be brought into the Zin Valle Vineyards premises.
10. No smoking is permitted inside the winery.
11. Temperature control must be maintained in the barrel room and wine storage areas. Arrangements can be made with the host for specific temperature needs for limited periods of time.
12. The host is responsible for clean up during and after the event. The winery does not provide for clean up crews for the event unless prior arrangements have been made.
13. The winery is not responsible for any losses, claims or damage resulting from your event. The host is responsible for insuring proper insurance, security and related services for the event. The winery does not provide insurance for events. The host agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and release the winery and its owners, agents, and employees from any claims or losses incurred as a result of the event or in any way directly or indirectly arising out of the event.
Thank you for using our winery for your special event. The winery offers a unique party venue for your friends, family and business associates. Our barrel room featuring a carved dining table surrounded by the aroma of wine in oak barrels provides the perfect place for hosted wine dinners and private parties. We are easily able to accommodate your special needs upon request. Our staff is available to work with you to determine the perfect menu selection with Zin Valle wines.
