This curated experience features generous pours of four selected wines, each expertly paired with a handcrafted truffle to elevate and enhance the unique flavor profiles of both.
During this 45-minute guided session, you’ll explore the rich history of our winery and our wines as well as the craft and artistry behind the chocolate, gaining insight into the science of the perfect pairing.

Hand Embroidery Workshop

Join us for a hand embroidery workshop where participants will connect with their memories using needle and thread.
Using basic hand embroidery stitches, you will learn how to add depth and texture to a personal photograph. All materials are included as well as a 5 × 7 black and white printed copy of your photograph of choice.
This experience is open to all levels as you will be guided every step of the way if it is your first time. If you’re more experienced, you’ll enjoy the creative space too.
All this will take place in Zin Valle Vineyard’s beautiful Barrel Room where participants will be able to enjoy an included glass of wine and can purchase delicious food from the Z Bistro food truck.

EASTER + WINE
SATURDAY, APRIL 4 | NOON - 5 PM
Join us for a Saturday full of fun, family and wine - and a special appearance from the Easter Bunny!
We'll be open from noon - 5 p.m. with a children’s Easter Egg Hunt (ages 12 and under only, please) and Easter Bunny appearance from 2 - 3 p.m. Don't forget your camera to take photos, and try to find the golden eggs to win a special Easter basket. Please bring your own Easter egg baskets!
As always, we'll also be offering our 3-for-free wine tasting inside as well as options to purchase wine by the glass, flight or bottle. We’ll have live music from 1 - 4 p.m. with James Springer and our food truck, Z Bistro, will be open from noon - 5 p.m.
All parking and seating is first-come, first-served. No reservations are accepted. Our special events are very popular, so we highly recommend arriving early. You're also welcome to bring your own blankets and chairs.

There’s no better way to explore the most beautiful place in the world than through its wines!
This is because there are 20 distinct regions in Italy. Differences in climates, soils, varietals and regional traditions cause the wines to vary greatly depending on where they’re produced. Each one is truly a taste of the place it comes from and a connection to the people who make it.
So we invite you to take a “tour of Italy” with us through sips of gorgeous wines from four of its most popular regions.
Victor Poulos, Italian wine expert and owner of Fattoria Svetoni, will be present to discuss the wines. The tasting will also be led by certified wine expert and educator Lilia Alvarez Nevarez.
YOU’LL TASTE
4 generous pours of Italian wines from four different regions. We’ll start with a Grillo from Sicily, followed by a Trebbiano from Abruzzo, a Vino Nobile di Montepulciano from Tuscany, and a Dolcetto from Piedmont. An Italian-inspired snack will be provided by Chef Erick Ponce of Z Bistro and Longhorn Food & Beverage.

Victor Poulos is the founder of Zin Valle Vineyards and owner of the Tuscan winery and wine resort Fattoria Svetoni. His expertise in Italian wine is unsurpassed.
Lilia Alvarez Nevarez is a WSET 2 certified (WSET 3 in progress) wine expert, wine educator and co-founder of the El Paso based wine brand consultancy A Land Beyond. She’s been Zin Valle Vineyards’ brand builder and ambassador for many years and has worked intimately with their Tuscan winery Fattoria Svetoni during that time as well.
