We have partnered with Longhorn Food & Beverage to operate food services at Zin Valle. Owner/Chef Erick Ponce brings 26 years of experience in the food industry and his passion is cooking for people and not only bringing back memories or creating nostalgia from their past or childhood but creating new ones. His partner and fellow Owner Ivette Asencio is also happy to help coordinate your event and provide any needed enhancements such as decor or other rentals.

Join Zin Valle Vineyards and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for our inaugural event in Zin Valle’s beautiful Barrel Room for an exclusive tasting featuring generous pours of 4 pre-selected wines from Zin Valle paired with 4 selected truffles from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.
During the approx. 60-minute tasting, will walk you through some history of the winery and chocolate store, the wines in your glass and their paired truffles and discuss why these pairings complement and enhance the flavors of both the wine and the truffles.
Enjoy a full day at the vineyard, including live music until 4 p.m. Our food truck, Z Bistro, will also be open with a great selection of delicious food. Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory will also be on hand with a few of their most loved items.

In Italy, the holiday season is long and full of meaningful celebrations in which Italian wines play a critical role. So as they begin a month of festivities, inviting family and friends into their homes to enjoy traditions that date back thousands of years, we invite you to savor a taste of the Italian holiday season with us at Zin Valle Vineyards!
Come discover the most notable Italian wines from Piedmont, Tuscany, Veneto and Campania. We’ll pair them with Italian snacks and glimpses of experiences you might have if visiting Italy this magical time of year.
The tasting will be led by certified wine expert and wine educator Lilia Alvarez Nevarez. Zin Valle Vineyards Founder Victor Poulos, an Italian wine expert and owner of our winery Fattoria Svetoni in Tuscany, will also be present to discuss the wines.

Enhanced Wine Tasting Experience
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 29 | 2 - 2:30 PM
YOU MUST REGISTER HERE TO ATTEND
Join Zin Valle Vineyards owner Ryan Poulos in the beautiful Barrel Room for an exclusive tasting featuring generous pours of 4 pre-selected wines from both Zin Valle and our winery in Tuscany, Fattoria Svetoni.
During the 30-minute tasting, Ryan will walk you through the wines in your glass and he'll share some fun, easy-to-remember knowledge you can use to enhance your wine-drinking experience - and impress your friends with.
Afterward, enjoy a complimentary tasting in the tasting room of any three additional wines then select a full glass of wine of your choice.
Then enjoy the rest of the day at the vineyard, including live music until 4 p.m. Our food truck, Z Bistro, will also be open with a great selection of delicious food.
These experiences are limited to only 10 guests, so register early before it sells out!
Please note: Minors and pets are prohibited from these tastings and only ticketed registrants are permitted entry to the Barrel Room.

Our venue and music are free and open to the public. The winery is open from noon - 5 p.m. with music from 1 -4 p.m. No reservations are accepted or necessary and all seating is first-come, first-served.
You’re always welcome to bring your own food, or enjoy delicious food from our food truck Z Bistro.
