You will be treated to a spectacular 5-course culinary journey (plus a few delightful surprises) featuring ingredients from several of El Paso’s finest local producers.
Longhorn Food & Beverage and Z Bistro Chef Erick Ponce brings over two decades of culinary mastery and will orchestrate each course with detailed explanations of the ingredients and his thought process. Alongside him, Zin Valle Vineyards owner Ryan Poulos will share his wine expertise, walking you through each pairing and the secrets behind how and why they complement the local food and menu.
